Sake Bunkajin Ginnoyume Junmai Ginjo is a polished, aromatic sake from Kochi Prefecture, showcasing pristine fruit and floral clarity. Crystal-clear in the glass, the nose is delicate yet expressive—pear, white peach, green melon, and apple blossom, with a subtle touch of steamed rice and faint mineral. The palate is light to medium-bodied, smooth and supple, with bright but gentle acidity, silkiness, and flavors mirroring the nose—juicy orchard fruit, mild citrus, and a refined umami minerality. The finish is clean, refreshing, and pure, highlighting the premium quality of Ginnoyume rice and the finesse of the Ginjo style.
