    Kindly check before signing off the delivery note if the items or quantity received are inaccurate. Please let our delivery team know on the spot if there are any discrepancies.

    Enjoy free delivery for orders above $200 SGD. For orders below $200 SGD, we charge a minimal delivery fee of $4.99 per location. In the event, no one is home to receive the delivery, we will attempt to reach the recipient to receive further instructions. If the delivery has to be re-scheduled on another day, additional delivery fee will be charged to the sender.

    We strive to deliver all orders within 1 to 3 working days. Once an order has been placed, our team will contact you to schedule the earliest possibly delivery slot. Please ensure that an authorised representative will be present during delivery as re-deliveries will be subject to additional charges.

    Standard delivery time is from 10am to 5pm (Monday to Friday). The team need to recharge and sip on a good bottle on weekends & public holidays.

    You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or receive the delivery package of the alcoholic beverages purchased from us either online or in physical stores. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.

    Returns & Exchange

    To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

    While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.
