Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Cava is Spain's iconic sparkling wine style, and the Iberian Peninsula's answer to Champagne. While the original Cavas were produced exclusively in Catalonia, modern Cava can come from various parts of Spain.

This winery only make internationally acclaimed “Vins de Finca” (single vineyard) wines and high end cava (sparkling) wines. This particular label has long ageing cava, made from 60% Xarel·lo and 40% Chardonnay grapes, with a significant proportion of the Chardonnay base wine fermented in oak barrels to increase its complexity. Wine is aged for 36months minimum. It is a complex and structured cava, with a creamy texture and a lovely aromatic axis running from ripe peaches to toast and spices.

The family-based Pere Ventura Family Wine Estates produces and markets its own wines and cavas (sparkling wines), which are known worldwide for their great quality and prestige. The company works hard every day to guarantee excellence both in the winery and in its wines. The company’s maxim is to remain true to its principles, to its sales commitments and to fulfill all its duties and business challenges the twenty-first century throws at it. The Owner, Pere Ventura is a distinguished businessman in the Wine sector and a good example of a self-made man. He is married with four children. He comes from a family closely linked to the wine trade and has dedicated his whole life to creating his own companies and to acquiring and adding value to his vineyard estates. Today, he is the owner of different wineries and vineyard estates in four Designations of Origin (Wine Appellations) all located in Catalonia, in north-eastern Spain. We value and respect our land.
