A rare, clear young malt spirit from the legendary Burgundy-based bottler Michel Couvreur. “Clearach” reveals unaged or barely-aged malt distillate, offering a transparent glimpse into the spirit’s purest form before barrel aging begins. Delicate floral, cereal, and soft fruit aromas mingle on a silky palate with a gentle sweetness and a crisp, clean finish. Crafted from Scottish malt and matured, however briefly, under the unique care of Couvreur’s cool Burgundy cellars, this spirit is the essence of raw barley and craftsmanship.
