Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Delivery and Shipping

95% Sauvignon Blanc, 4% Semillon, 1% Muscat

Honig Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a vibrant, expressive Napa Valley white, delivering classic varietal clarity and Honig’s signature sustainable finesse. Pale straw with green hues, the nose is lively with aromas of grapefruit, lime zest, gooseberry, and passion fruit, layered with fresh-cut grass and a delicate floral lift. On the palate, it’s light to medium-bodied, brisk, and zesty, showcasing grapefruit, Meyer lemon, green apple, and a touch of minerality, all finishing clean and refreshing. This vintage is a benchmark for modern Napa Sauvignon Blanc—bright, food-friendly, and refreshingly pure.

At the age of 22, Michael Honig took the reins of his struggling family vineyard and winery. With an old meat locker for an office, a shoebox marked "Misc" for an accounting system, and without any formal training, he began canvassing the streets of San Francisco, selling wine and delivering it himself. Over the last 30 years, Michael has surrounded himself with an incredible team, and transformed the family business into a thriving success. A leader in sustainable farming, he chaired the first California initiative to develop a "Code of Sustainable Winegrowing Practices," a voluntary program establishing statewide guidelines for sustainable farming and winemaking.

As a family owned and operated winery, we are committed to preserving and improving our environment and minimizing our impact through the use of vineyard and winery practices known as Sustainable Winegrowing. These practices conserve water and energy, maintain healthy soil, protect air and water quality, enhance relations with employees and communities, preserve local ecosystems and wildlife habitat and improve the economic vitality of vineyards and wineries.
