Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Chianti Classico DOCG is the heartland of the Chianti wine region – its traditional and longest-established viticultural area. Only the finest grapes are carefully selected from the estate Chianti Classico vineyards for this Riserva, the perfect blend of the traditional and the modern. The front label bears Titian’s famous portrait of a medieval knight in armour.

This Chianti Riserva is matured in 80% 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks and 20% in 225litre French barriques then another bottle ageing of for at least 3 months.

Agricola San Felice encompasses three of Tuscany’s most famous estates that regularly appear in the Wine Spectator's top 100. Chianti Classico (150 hectares) at around 400metres above sea level with the perfect combination of soil and micro-climate.

Orto Felice began as a farm project to help improve the quality of life for young people with disabilities. With these job opportunities in horticulture, our ‘Happy Gardens’ help the young people find their path, feeding their souls in contact with the earth. The gardens are a success thanks to the involvement of older people in the area, who are happy to share their experience, the traditions and agricultural expertise. This precious intergenerational exchange of knowledge brings together an entire community.

Our winemaker, Leonardo Bellaccini, has pioneered many unique practices. Importantly he sees distinctive characteristics in each of San Felice’s undulating slopes and he treats each vine within the vineyard individually. Having identified five macro-areas Leonardo and his team has planted the grape varieties which thrive in the specific geography and soil.
