Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders above $200. Otherwise, there is a minimal delivery charge of $4.99.

The Domaine Nicolas Rossignol Volnay 1er Cru "Santenots" 2017 is a sophisticated Pinot Noir from Burgundy's esteemed Côte de Beaune region. Crafted by fifth-generation winemaker Nicolas Rossignol, this wine offers a rich bouquet of ripe plums, dark berries, and subtle spices, with earthy undertones. It is dry, structured, and elegantly balanced, featuring firm yet refined tannins and a long, expressive finish. Ideal for those who appreciate classic Burgundy elegance with depth and complexity.

Domaine Nicolas Rossignol, situated in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune region, was established in 1997 by fifth-generation winemaker Nicolas Rossignol. After studying viticulture and enology at Beaune's viticultural college, Nicolas gained experience at esteemed estates such as Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Château La Cardonne in Bordeaux, and Domaine Boschendal in South Africa. Upon returning to Burgundy, he founded his own domaine, initially cultivating three hectares across Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, Aloxe-Corton, and Pernand-Vergelesses.
