Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

The 2009 Dom Pérignon is a prestigious and highly acclaimed vintage champagne, embodying the excellence and tradition of the Dom Pérignon house. This vintage is particularly notable, as 2009 was a year marked by unique climatic conditions in the Champagne region, characterized by a cold winter followed by a mild and sunny summer, creating an environment conducive to producing grapes with excellent ripeness and aromatic maturity. Dom Pérignon, known for its meticulous selection and blending process, typically creates a harmonious blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from exclusively Grand Cru vineyards. The 2009 vintage continues this tradition, offering a balance that reflects both the character of the year and the enduring Dom Pérignon style.

Upon pouring, the 2009 Dom Pérignon reveals a luminous golden hue, complemented by an elegant, lively effervescence. The nose is greeted with a rich and complex bouquet, showcasing an array of aromas such as ripe tropical fruits, citrus, and stone fruits, intertwined with subtle notes of almond, toast, and a hint of smokiness. On the palate, this champagne unfolds with a silky, well-rounded texture, balancing the richness of the fruit with a bright, crisp acidity. Layers of flavor evolve, revealing hints of honey, spice, and a minerality that speaks to its terroir. This vintage is celebrated for its depth, precision, and the long, memorable finish, making it an exquisite example of Dom Pérignon's craftsmanship and a prized addition to any collection or special occasion.
