Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Delivery and Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders above $200. Otherwise, there is a minimal delivery charge of $4.99.

100% Chardonnay

Elouan Chardonnay Oregon 2021 captures the brisk freshness and pure fruit style of Oregon’s cool-climate terroir. Pale gold with green highlights, it offers an inviting bouquet of apple, ripe pear, lemon zest, and white peach, supported by delicate notes of vanilla, light cream, and a gentle toasted edge from restrained oak aging. The palate is medium-bodied with lively acidity and a smooth, rounded texture, showing flavors of orchard fruit, citrus, and subtle spice, leading to a refreshing, balanced finish. This Chardonnay is approachable yet expressive—ideal for both sipping and food pairing.

Elouan is a vibrant Oregon wine brand founded in 2013 by Joseph Wagner (of Copper Cane fame), crafting Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Rosé sourced from premium coastal vineyards. Named “Good Light” to reflect Oregon’s cool yet sunny climate, the label emphasizes approachable, fruit-driven wines. In 2025, it was acquired by Stoller Wine Group—doubling their production and grounding Elouan firmly in Oregon’s winemaking community
