Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Delivery and Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders above $200. Otherwise, there is a minimal delivery charge of $4.99.

70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Croatina & Oseleta

Manara Postera Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2013 delivers the hallmark richness and intensity of classic Amarone with beautifully evolved complexity. Deep garnet in color, the bouquet is opulent—dried cherry, fig, plum compote, and violet, layered with notes of cocoa, coffee, sweet tobacco, leather, and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied, lush, and powerfully structured, with velvety tannins, vibrant yet integrated acidity, and flavors of ripe black fruit, fruitcake, dark chocolate, clove, and a warm, lingering finish. This wine exemplifies Amarone’s opulence, balancing sumptuous concentration with impressive poise and depth.

The Manara winery started in San Floriano in 1950. After three generations and with its fourth gradually joining in, the Manara family is carrying on its wine-growing tradition with passion and knowledge, maintaining the strong bond with the land that saw it originate and grow. The search for innovation can not overlook the respect for tradition.

Since the 1950s the presence of the Manara winery is certified in San Floriano, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. Now, the responsibility for the family business is being put into the hands of the daughters, Julia and Karoline Walch, already the fifth generation. This is the only way to preserve the distinguishability of the wines, without neglecting the incessant search for more modern and more effective production techniques.
