Corked Wines
While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

100% Pinot Noir
Domaine Pierre Boisson Pommard 2020 is a compelling village-level expression from Domaine Pierre Boisson, a rising star of the Boisson-Vadot family of Meursault, celebrated for low-intervention winemaking and crystalline terroir expression. Drawn from multiple village parcels across Pommard, on classic clay-limestone soils, the wine reflects both site diversity and precise craftsmanship.
The 2020 vintage was ripe and sunny, delivering expressive fruit, while cool nights preserved freshness and tension—resulting in a wine widely praised for its balance and purity. Organically farmed with low yields and hand-harvested, the wine shows a deep ruby colour with youthful purple hues. It is aged 14–16 months in used French oak, with almost no new wood, keeping fruit and site character front and center.
On the palate, this Pommard is structured yet polished, offering pure red and black fruit with earthy undertones and a refined texture. More detailed and supple than old-school Pommard, it remains true to the village’s depth and gentle rusticity. Approachable now with air, it will cellar gracefully for 8–15 years, evolving in complexity while retaining its hallmark freshness.
