Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Anne Boisson Bourgogne Blanc “Clous Perrons” 2021 is a stunning expression of Bourgogne Blanc from the Anne Boisson estate, a new generation domaine of the Boisson-Vadot family, known for their low-intervention approach and exceptional wines from the heart of Meursault. Produced from the Clous Perrons vineyard, located just west of Meursault, this wine is crafted from classic limestone and clay soils, close to some of the region's most esteemed terroirs. The vineyard is a hidden gem, renowned for its precision and ability to produce beautifully terroir-driven wines.

The 2021 vintage in Burgundy was cool and challenging, with low yields and high acidity, but the result is a wine of electric freshness, aromatic purity, and fine structure. The wine is sustainably farmed with minimal intervention and is hand-harvested to ensure the highest quality fruit. Aged for 12–14 months in old French oak barrels (no new oak), the wine focuses on preserving the pure expression of the fruit and terroir, allowing the natural characteristics to shine.

With a light gold color and green glints, the wine has crystalline clarity, presenting a mineral-driven profile with vibrant citrus notes.
