Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Delivery and Shipping

40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir

NV Billecart-Salmon Brut Nature is a pure, ultra-fine Champagne crafted with zero dosage, emphasizing the House’s hallmark precision and chalk-driven terroir. Pale gold with a delicate, lively mousse, the nose is crisp and focused—lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and crushed oyster shell, accented by grapefruit pith, subtle almond, and a whisper of flinty minerality. The palate is bone dry, taut, and energetic, delivering racy acidity and tightly woven bubbles with flavors of citrus, apple, saline chalk, and toasted sourdough. The finish is long, mouthwatering, and intensely mineral, ensuring this is an invigorating, gastronomic Champagne for any purist.

The champagnes of Maison Billecart-Salmon are above all created thanks to the knowledge of the men who rigorously cultivate an estate of 100 hectares, obtaining grapes from an area totalling 300 hectares across 40 crus of the Champagne region.

A Family House that welcomes in the heart of 200 years of history in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Here the vines are tended to day by day, blossoming slowly to the sounds of natures rhythm. The majority of the grapes used for vinification come from a radius of 20km around Epernay, where the Grand Crus of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay co-exist, in the ethereal vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs.
