Return Policy

To protect the provenance of delivered wines, exchange and returns are not allowed.

Corked Wines

While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Experience the bold flavors of the 2021 Agua Santa Cabernet Sauvignon, a rich red wine from the renowned Colchagua Valley in Chile’s Central Valley. Known for its exceptional climate and terroir, this region produces world-class Cabernet Sauvignon, and Agua Santa is no exception. This wine showcases the pure expression of Chilean Cabernet, with grapes that have been carefully cultivated to bring out their full potential.

With deep ruby color, this bottle greets you with inviting aromas of blackberries, cassis, and dark cherries, layered with hints of spice, vanilla, and a touch of earthy minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with smooth tannins that carry flavors of dark fruit, subtle oak, and a well-balanced acidity, culminating in a long, elegant finish.

In 1976, Luis Felipe Edwards Sr and his wife returned to Chile looking for new opportunities after having lived in Europe for some years. They were enamoured by a wine estate in Colchagua Valley, for sale by a family friend, which had 60 ha of planted vineyards, a small winery, and a historical country farmhouse. This property was surrounded by foothills of the Andes mountains, creating a micro-valley of its own in a horseshoe shape, facing northwest. With careful consideration, they purchased the land, along with the surrounding hills.

This estate, Fundo San Jose de Puquillay, was the foundation for what would become one of Chile’s largest wineries in the decades to come, committing to maintaining their family heritage.

In 1980, they expand their land holdings and purchase 30 more ha in the Colchagua Valley.
