Corked Wines
While we make every attempt to provide wines of good quality and provenance, we cannot guarantee the personal 'drinkability' for every bottle we sell. It is the industry standard that older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines (those tainted with TCA and smell of wet cardboard). This wine fault occurred during the cork selection process and is completely out of our control. For the aforementioned reasons, no refund or exchange will be granted.

The Château Trianon Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2022 is a beautifully crafted wine from a boutique estate located in the heart of Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, on the renowned Right Bank of Bordeaux. Owned by Dominique Hébrard, a former co-owner of the prestigious Cheval Blanc, the estate is known for its focus on precision and finesse, producing wines that showcase the best of this iconic terroir.
The 2022 vintage, marked by hot, sunny weather, resulted in ripe, plush fruit with soft tannins, yet the wine retains a remarkable freshness thanks to the estate’s clay-limestone soils. This gives the wine a unique balance, with richness tempered by a refreshing limestone minerality.
The wine has a deep, vibrant purplish ruby color and is aged for 12-15 months in French oak barrels, with approximately 60% new oak. This imparts a polished, modern elegance without overpowering the fruit, allowing the wine's natural character to shine through.
Château Trianon 2022 is fruit-forward, velvety, and fresh, embodying a classic modern Saint-Émilion Grand Cru style. It is perfect for earlier drinking or short-term cellaring, with the potential to evolve beautifully over the next 8–12 years. Plush, fresh, and elegant, it is a wine that captures the essence of Saint-Émilion with a modern twist.
