Booking and Payment
Booking is only confirmed when full payment is received with the completed registration form. Once the registration form and payment are received, Better With Age will issue an invoice/receipt to the applicant.
Payment shall be made via PayNow or bank transfer to the following details:

Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Policies
No refunds will be made for any no shows or last minute cancellation after full payment is made. In the event that you are unable to attend, you may find another candidate who can take your place and you can pass your course materials immediately after a decision is made.
It is highly advisable to take your exam on the date you signed up for but in case you have a valid reason approved by Better With Age to defer, you may do so by writing to us at Events@Betterwithage.sg 14 working days prior to the original examination. A penalty fee of SGD100 will occur if closer than 14 working days.
Better with Age has a "minimum 6 pax to confirm course" clause and reserves the right to postpone or re-schedule the course due to the minimum required number of candidates not being met. In this event, your seat will be automatically rescheduled to the following session without any extra charges. We will notify you of any schedule modification by using the contacts you provided upon registration.
Better with Age reserves the right to cancel, re-schedule or postpone the course in the event the educator is unable to turn up due to illness, accidents, emergency or disruption due to unforeseen circumstances.
Study packs, once collected, will be considered sold, and no refund will be considered.
On examination day, the candidate must show proof of identity (ID card, driver's license or passport) to the management, facilitator, or examiner. Better with Age may not allow candidates to sit for the examination if they fail to do so.
Exams are marked by The Wine & Spirit Education Trust. We are not responsible for any failure. In the event that you did not successfully pass the exam(s), you may pursue to take exam again but re-sit charges will occur.
Better with Age will not bear any additional costs that may incur for replacement of certificate and pin in the event of lost, damaged or wrong information on the certificate.
